Sparkle Garage Corolla Update

You may remember a while back I did a post on the Sparkle Garage Corolla, which is a super awesome little car that looks great fun to own and drive. Well the guy who owns it got in touch with me and sent over some extra details on the car and another picture as well.

He said he got the ’74 Corolla when he was just 14 years old and over the last 3 years he has saved up all his lunch money to get it out and driving on the street and looking like it does. He got it as a bare shell so it must have been a lot of work for such a young guy to get on with so he should feel mega proud of what he has achieved.

At the moment he says he has the car off road again while he tries to squeeze a 4A-GE in the little engine bay but is slightly stuck trying to get mounts and a 22 spline driveshaft for it because with no car he can’t get down to the scrappy!

Hopefully he gets the 4A-GE up and running soon and we get to see some more of the car soon!
